First Responder (40 Hours)

This course is designed to provide training in emergency medical care for those who are apt to be the first person responding to an incident. 

This course emphasizes development of skills in patient assessment and emergency medical care. 

Students should have a similar knowledge of patient care as EMTs. but are not trained to the same level.
